I will add that no system leds are starting on the right next to the 24 pin connector.

NOw using the speaker to track the problem. I am only getting long beep + 2 short beep (memory). I tryed the one that is working fine on my other computer and I still get it.

If you are getting a memory code try using a single stick of memory and moving it to different slots. It could be that the memory you are using just isn't compatible.
A bus station is where a bus stops. A train station is where a train stops. On my desk, I have a work station…

I tried 3 different memory with all possible setup. I remember reading somewhere you could boot into the bios without any component on the motherboard. Any idea about the 20 I see in q-code.

Here are 2 of the memory tested

Corsair Vengeance Red 8GB 2X4GB DDR3-1866 CL9-10-9-27 1.5V Dual Channel Memory Kit Low Profile CML8GX3M2A1866C9R

Kingston HyperX Blue KHX1600C9D3B1K2/4GX 4GB 2X2GB DDR3-1600 CL9 Dual Channel Memory Kit KHX1600C9D3B1K2/4GX

Any other idea?

And you are only using one stick, right? Do not install all 4GB for a test like this.

I would also check the CPU socket to ensure that no pins are bent.

Have you tried the red memOK/GO button?

Try updating the Bios Via USB Flashback to the latest. Reset your bios using the button on the back and try and boot with one stick only and the bare minimum attached to the board. So one graphics card in slot 1, PSU 8 pin and 24pin one RAM stick furthest slot from CPU.

20 - OEM pre-memory initialization codes - that means the CPU (the IMC) is trying to make sense of what sticks of ram are on the motherboard.

And no you can not boot into any BIOS without memory 🙂 what you can do is flash your BIOS without memory or CPU.

And maybe that is what you should do.
