I am having a lot of problems with my VIdeo cards. I am sure that 1 if not both are possibly bad. I think I have figures out a way to boot from the second card without having to remove a card which would mean I would have to drian that loop of the cooling system. My biggest question is this picture below. Why is it listing my GTX 680 in PCIe slot 1 as 8x native???

Glad you found the problem, now you just have to wait out the rma process so you can get your system back up to snuff.
