I am having a lot of problems with my VIdeo cards. I am sure that 1 if not both are possibly bad. I think I have figures out a way to boot from the second card without having to remove a card which would mean I would have to drian that loop of the cooling system. My biggest question is this picture below. Why is it listing my GTX 680 in PCIe slot 1 as 8x native???

Well, looks like your going to have to break down that loop with your video cards after all.
Looks like either the first PCIE slot has a problem or that first Video card has a problem.
About the only way your going to find out for sure is to try the second video card , or a different card if you have one, in the first slot and see if it defaults back to x16.
If it defaults back to x16 then the first video card has a problem, if it stays at x8 then the MB has a problem and I'd say that you need to RMA the board.

That is why I never build custom water cooling. It works great and looks cool, but when your having hardware issues it is a pain in the butt. Feel for you man. My H-80 sealed system is easy on easy off. and my gpus have nice 2 fan coolers on both. so it all easy to repair or play with.

Yes, but i can run Prime95 at 4.8ghz and stay under 50c at all times:). I have a few things to do to computer tonight . Lucky I still have my old MSI 6870,s to test the MB with. If they show at 16x then I know the MB is bad.

Uhhh no, if your MSI's work no problem...that means there is a problem with one of or both of your 680's, not the Mobo.

After many hours of working, removing my GTX 680 and putting stock coolers back on and also using my MSI 6870, I have found my graphics problem. My first GTX 680 is BAD. I will contact EVGA tomorrow and start the RMA process. Right now I am running my second GTX680 with the stock cooler and it is running fine. As for the cooling system, speed. Due to the heat here in GA and the cost of keeping the A/C low, water cooling is m y best option. I want to get my system stable at between 4.8 and 5.0 and leave it there and not worry about anything over heating. In the past I have had a lot of problems with heat so maybe i over did it but hey....it works. I had mine set at 4.5 and it ran a little hot for me even in BF3, cores at about 58c, on air. That is one reason for the water cooling.
