I first time switched to Asus Motherboard and got Asus Maximus VII Hero. I have 4790k processor.
I installed version of AI Suite, try to overclock system but in result it limit processor TDP to 25Watts and disable turbo boost of Intel which is default goes to 4.4Ghz. Now Processor not even boost to 4.3Ghz. In-game like NFS payback, its reaching to high Temp when game start and result its hangs the system and restart.
Further, Processor PACKAGE TEMP stick to 42c while Core temps are resting on 30c at idle. Load is around 1% - 2%.
Try to run Benchmark and its not going to draw more than 30Watts at full loads. Result Thermal Throttling i.e. Temp Shoot direct to 96c-100c and system hang / restart.

Fix compatibility issue with the latest Windows updates. Dual Intelligent Processors 5 update v1.05.14 patches an issue that resulted in the Windows power plan being forced to “balanced". Note that this patched build only includes the DIP5 utility, it does not include other utilities in AI Suite 3.

However, I uninstalled AI Suite, reset BIOS with every way told by Asus Support but nothing is working. Try reflash thie BIOS, Flashback BIOS but result is same.
When set CPU Ratio in bios to "AUTO", Package temp comes to 34c-35c with idle core temp 29c-30c
But processor not Turbo boost to 4.4Ghz as it giving "Current Throttling Limit". When try to increase current manually, its result in High idle Temp.
Processor not taking require wattage and stick to 25watts max

But processor not Turbo boost to 4.4Ghz as it giving "Thermal Throttling". ITXU shows "Unlimited Power Max and Unlimited Short Power" with current 1023A
but Processor not taking require wattage and stick to 40watts max
2 times uninstall Windows and reinstall. result is same.
Install windows in another HDD, result is same.
I request to please help me to get rid of this situation.
