What do you use your system for most of the time? The 1090T is quicker than the 8150 in some single threaded computations by the way.
To help us help you - please provide as much information about your system and the problem as possible.

Upgrading to a FX-8350 will help you increase your productivity because image and video editing programs love CPU power. The second upgrade in line would be the the RAM. The sweet spot for memory when you're working with heavy memory intensive programs is 2133MHz. And I'd recommend you grab something along the lines of 16GB. As for the GPU upgrade, try to sell off that HD6950 and buy a more powerful GPU. Do not invest in older tech. It's a waste of hard earn money.

Like HiVizMan stated, If your going to use it for Internet/Gaming/Office and Productivity, why Upgrade because most of these things your better off with your current CPU. Now if your into OverClocking, Video/Graphics Production 3D Modeling then Hell Ya! Upgrade! but your not only going to need a CPU Upgrade but your going to need to upgrade those Video Cards as well.

Also the first Upgrade I would concern myself with in any scenery would be the Video Card, then the CPU, because you'll get more Mileage and Performance boost from a newer or more Powerful Card than just a CPU upgrade alone.

Another thing to think about is Balance.... what you do with your Computer vs what you need. More Power Doesn't always mean better but most of the time it means more money out of your wallet for little to no benefit instead.

Personally I'd be Extremely Happy with what you have.
