California, I guess it come from NewEgg , if so call them on the phone and be polite, they will give you a free UPS label to return it, probably to their Canadian wearhouse. Be nice on the phone, usually you have to pay to ship it back, but if you talk with them nicely they will wave it, I know I don't it all the time.
