My Máximus Fórmula VII does not turn over!!

Hello , my computer hung alone and has the following characteristics :

1 - The logo REPUBLIC OF GAMERS (consisting of 4 LEDs ) pulsing once stood , now to connect PSU they quickly sting once and then stays on straight .

2 - The START and RESET buttons that were previously lit with PSU on, do not turn over , so the motherboard does not turn over .

Actions I have ever made :

* I've removed all the devices connected to the card ( memory , processor, VGA, SSD) but do not succeed .

* I checked PSU ( CORSAIR CX750M ) and replace by another but I have no success.

* I checked for bent pins in the socket but they are all ok .

What more could be done? She could be burned ? I'm desperate!

Settings:
CPU Intel I7 4790K
MB Maximus Formula VII
Memory Corsair Dominator Platinum 2X8GB 1600Mhz
Asus GTX970 VGA STRIX 4GB
Kingston 240GB SSD
Watercooler Custom

Today has been sent to a service center in Brazil. They change socket, make a number of difficult repairs. I hope they can help me.

Soon more news. Thanks!
