motherboard to warm?

I am lost!

CPU: AMD FX-9590 4.7GHz 8-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: H110iGTX
Motherboard: Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z
Memory: DDR3 16GB
BIOS version 2002
Windows 10 64 bit


PC is still crashing.

now i know that ASUSTEK temp is limited and shuts off the PC but what is the limit?
because the CPU stays cold.. only the asustek cpu temp is rising..

who knows what to do..

try reading this thread on memory i have a fx 8350 and i use to crash in game tel i set the memory up right plus bump up the voltage juat a little on the ram it will make it more stable.http://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?3468-Crosshair-V-Formula-Easy-Memory-Setup-Guide
