I recently RMA'ed my MVF but the small, black rubber plugs for the Fusion Thermo barbs were missing when I received the replacement MVF. When I sent my original MVF in for RMA I mailed it with the plugs in an effort to send the mobo to ASUS in the best condition possible, protecting the mosfet waterblock assembly.
I called the RMA dept a few days ago about the plugs. The rep (Chris) told me to contact the ASUS eStore but when I did the store rep told me they don't carry that particular part. I've tried contacting the RMA dept again but haven't been able to get through and I'm short on time (have a busy schedule). Currently I have two pieces of electrical tape on the bards to protect the cooling pipe as best I can but I really need those plugs as I don't plan on watercooling my rig.
If a moderator could PM me I could provide the RMA# and the S/N of my original MVF if needed. Thanks!
