Memori misreading 1333 while its 1600

Hello.
I am trying to correctly set my Gskill Sniper 8x2 1600mhz (cas9, 1.5v) in my Crosshair V Formula.
I set all manually to 1600 or D.O.C.P profile that reads correctly 1600mhz 9-9-9-24 1.5v and reboot.
Go into CPUZ and it shows me that my memorys are PC-10700 (1333) but working on 1600, as if they were overclocked.
I go the the bios and it shows me the same in the information page (1333 > 1600).
If i set them manually to the correct speed should't it change to 1600 both in CPUz and Bios information?

I know they may be running fine, buy i kind of have some OCD with this misreading numbers 😄

My processor is the Fx-8350 and im running all stock speeds.

When you set DOCP and boot into windows....what does CPUz give as the "DRAM frequency" on the "Memory" tab?

My 2133 says same thing on SPD tab "10700 (667)" even when OCd...

800 Mhz, which is Ok but in SPD tab it says "Max Bandwidth: PC-10700 (667 Mhz).
So its showing me mem clocks as if they were overclocked from 1333, not native 1600, like yours. It shouldn't.

The number beside DRAM Frequency in the Memory tab is what matters. If you see 800MHz, then your RAM is running at 1600MHz.

1333 is default for all memory at the moment...anything else from an XMP profile, DOCP is "overclocking".....I have the same here...etc.

800x2 is your 1600 so it is running fine!

The BIOS will read 1333 no matter what memory you install?? So then you should configure them to what they really are, but the BIOS will keep showing 1333, right??

On the Extreme Tweaker tab, what do you see beside the Current Memory Frequency option?

I manually set that to DDR3-1600. In auto it sets my memory to 1333
