Hi,
I built my computer 4 days ago w/o a case so i'm using the onboard button to turn on the MB but whenever I try to reboot using windows i get a 00 q-code, the CPU Led turns on and the computer won't reboot(The fans are still spinning).
The reset button doesn't seem to work too.
Any ideas?

Thanks

My Setup:
Asus MAximus VI Hero
Intel Core I7 4790(Stock Cooler)

My opinion, your on the edge of available wattage with your 660W Seasonic PSU.

Well i used the eXtreme Power Supply Calculator and i got like 550W recommended for the PSU, i also asked some friends about the power consumption and they told me the same thing. But i'll read more about this, Thanks.

Please confirm that you have all the PSU connectors fitted, especially the 12v EPS connector for the CPU.

Yeah, all the cables are connected, i double-checked them. It's weird because it won't reboot and sometimes it wont turn on, so i have to hold the power button and turn it on again.

I tried my friend's i5 on my MB and it worked no cpu led and could reboot.Tried to get his cooler on my i7 didn't work, so the problem is my I7.
Anyone know any issues with the I7 4790 since it's a recent processor?

Have you done the bios update needed for the new CPU? As you have access to a i5 please do the OS based update first.

It's working now! Yesterday i did a bios update for a version that i thought to be the latest one but i was not, now i went to asus website again and i found a new version i also used their BIOS updater for 4th gen Intel processors.
