This is a fresh new build PC, installed a clean windows 7 x64. Installed al the drivers and updated the BIOS to the latest version 1504.
Also installed al windows 7 updates including SP1. So here is the really strange problem, when I shut down windows. The pc doesn't turn/power off.
The fans/hdd/psu are still spinning while the computer screen are turned off in standby mode (yellow blinking lights).
So I searched around a bit on the forum and tried this method

http://www.asus.com/support/faq/1005498/ same problem however I dont have the IEEE 1394 controller on this motherboard.
