Maximus VII Ranger USB-Power

Hi all
I just bought a Maximus VII Ranger.
This is an awesome Mainboard for its price!

I have a question. I would like to have no Power on the usb ports when The PC is off, in standby or hibenation.
This causes unecessary powerconsumption. I dont need to wake up the PC with the mouse or keyboard.
Is there a way to solve this in the BIOS or in Windows 8.1?

Hello

Enable ErP in the motherboard's BIOS. This does require a fully compliant power supply as well.
