if your getting feedback try reducing the microphone playback volume in supremeFX

The volume is low so if i lower more than no one will hear me, as it is now they need to race my lvl in TS to hear what I say and then like 50% no you have extreme bad sound.

What i cant understand is when I update the drivers newest on Asus homepage is from 2015/03/16 it still is 6.3.9600.16384 from 2013-08-22.

If I remove the built in soundcard is there a pciexp 1 slot there so I can add a working soundcard?

The microphone Playback volume only adjusts the volume that you hear through your speakers or headphones ie: if you don't want to hear your own voice through your headphones you can mute it and it wont effect what others can hear.
The microphone Record volume adjusts the volume that others can hear in TS or whatever.

I have mine at 10% Playback and 100% Record vol with +20 dB Boost.

But it sounds like you got it sorted anyway 😉

Maybe fixed it, put microfonboost to 0 and turned on Sonic Studio and there turned of Noise Gate rest at max.
