Maximus vii impact cpu fan won't spin.

The cpu won't turn on on the cpu header but does on chassis header. Should I return it for another?

That's not much information but it definitely should work on the CPU header, if you can return it, go ahead

I'm not sure what more I can say. When the Stock Intel fan is connected to the CPU fan header on my Asus Maximus VII Impact mother board the fan does not spin. If I then take the cpu fan and connect it to the chassis fan header it does. The system runds fine like this with Ingore CPU fan, but I am worried that there is an issue such as a short, etc. Also when I try to install the lan drivers from Asus website it says no Intel Ethernet in system?
