Is this her name correctly? because I have the impression that previously were:

Intel (R) Ethernet Connection I218-V, that is, without the two of them in brackets.

Recently, I have some problems with the internet etc. after installing Windows 10 where just the name probably this card was turning and even after returning to Windows 8.1 continues to be the same as before.

My Ethernet is called Intel (R) Ethernet Connection (2) I218-V as well so i guess it is just the default name.

You could modify it by editing each occurrence of it in the registry but it's hardly worth it.
