Maximus VII Gene No Sound

So i have a problem which is driving me crazy. I had a few problems with sound on the latest COD and i decided to upgrade my drivers to the latest ones from the site. This caused my sound to disappear. I tried uninstalling and restoring to a previous version but nothing. It looks like the sound card is stack. The Sonic Studio is empty and although jacks are recognised, i have no sound.



From my searches this looks like a common problem, but i was not able to solve it.

Can you help?

I am running Windows 10 latest update.

Here is my supremeFX, click the speaker on the bottom right of your screen and make sure speakers are set as the default device. I see you have a Line In I'm not sure what that is.

If this doesn't help, uninstall the Realtek High definition Audio driver, Asus sonic suite plug ins and SVLoadSense from your programs and install the Realtek audio driver from your motherboard disc.

Hi,

so my realtek is setted to default, but i also get a troubleshooting wizard saying that it is not initialized. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several versions without any luck. I will try finding the mb cd and install from it. Hope this works, but this is a really stupid problem for a 200€ mobo!
