So ive been looking around for the pcie lane allocation and i cant seem to find any information i have the manual but i dont understand how the irq assignments work. Im looking to use a m.2 ssd but i dont want to take any bandwith away from my gpus. Im currently running 2 gtx 760 in sli. I wanted to use the mpcie combo card tha came with the mother board but idk wich pcie lanes it would use. I wanted to use a ssd that uses the 2.0 pcie lanes. If i go with the newer ones ill start taking bandwith away from my hpus. I was reading that the mpcie is x2 i wanted to go x4. If i mount it to a pcie lane with an adapter would i get the x4?? Anyone know allocations for the lanes and what shares what with each other??
