Maximus VI Hero C2 USB2/3 disconnect problem

Hello guys,

I'm just wondering if you have the same problem as me. My BIOS is the newest (1603) and I'm using Windows 8.1 x64.
My keyboard and mouse are working well in both USB2/3 ports, but if I want to connect any mobile phones to the computer they're constantly disconnect/reconnect. The problem occurs under BIOS and live linux too. I also tried with several micro usb cables.
Fastboot is disabled and I tried disabling xHCI but it didn't help.

Did any of you faced this issue before?

My config:
Asus Maximus VI Hero C2 1603
2x8GB Corsair Vengeance Pro 1866
Corsair RM650
Asus Phoebus Solo
Gigabyte G1 970
Intel i5-4670k @4.2GHZ (problem persists w/o OC)

Go to your windows USB settings inside of the Device Manager window - Select the "universal serial bus" expand out. right click each go to properties. Change power management that says to allow the computer to turn off your device to save power. Make sure those are uncheck. Fix my problems in the past with mouse going out and other devices. Good luck
