Maximus VI Formula boot loop

Hello all,

I've had this pc for a few years now and I just installed some new memory. I had Corsair Dominator 16gb(4x4) @1866. That ran fine even at the advertised 1866. I have been running an ARK server to play with friends recently and needed an upgrade. So I installed some GSkill Sniper Series 32gb(8x4) @2400. It runs fine but I hadn't been able to get the XMP to actually do anything. It was still stuck at 1866 with the wrong timings.

So I decided to do a Bios reset. Bad idea I guess. It is now stuck in a boot loop and will not reach Bios at all.

Looking at the post codes 78 is the last one that is readable on the display. Looking at the LED's alongside the 24pin it resets just as the vga led lights up. All leds are lighting up red if that makes a difference. I have tried removing 2 sticks of ram and moving from red to black slots. Removed and unplugged the video card and the sound card. Unplugged all USB devices. And still the same result. I used the button at the back to reset it.

Not sure what else to do at this point. Any help would be appreciated.

Just an update, I have tried flashing bios to no avail. Cant get it to even get to the bios for the update to work. Re-installed the old ram. Nothing there, same result. The last couple of Q-Codes are 78, 63 and 00 before it resets. I really need to get this working before tomorrow because this is also my work PC. Thanks in advance!
