Maximus vi formula BIOS loop problem

Hi all this is my first post

I have a Maximus vi formula as it says in the title
with a 4670k and 16gig ram
Asus GTX 780 Ducii
Corsair AX 860

500 gig Samsung 840evo
3TB Seagate Seagate barracuda


I am stuck in a BIOS loop for some reason


PS No error code is displayed other than :AE (which is legcy boot event?)

Steps I have Tried

:Changing all the Sata Power and data cables
:Disabling and Enabling Launch CSM
:Enabling hardware fast boot

Well I have got the computer to boot my reinstalling the OS

But It cant see the Harddrive for some reason and it's not showing up in the BIOS

Have you partitioned the hard drive yet?

Is your Seagate 3TB drive new?

If it is not showing up in the bios, it is possible it has failed/died. You can try connecting it to another sata port.

If you have it connected to an asmedia port, did you install the asmedia drivers?
