Maximus V GENE Rog Connect/iDirect on iOS

Hello all,

I recently got me a Maximus V GENE MB and noticed the iDirect app on AppStore for monitoring and OC'ing.
I can't for the life of me get this to connect. Seems to me I've tried everything.

Tried connecting the iPhone to the PC with USB cable, in the ROG Connect USB-port, both switched on and off.
Tried connecting it through USB in a regular USB-port.
Tried entering the IP-address of the computer in the app, and selecting Wifi as connect method, to no avail. (Firewall turned off in Windows).
Tried with having the Tweakit Server installed and not installed.

Is it not possible to get the iDirect app (AppStore) to connect to the computer with the Maximus V GENE MB?
If it is, can anyone tell me the exact prerequisites and procedure to accomplish this. Pretty please? 🙂

As far as I am aware this has last worked before IOS5 was released. Sorry mate I can not help you, but take a free bump.
