Sorry if you felt i was suggesting that way... Absolutely it wasn't my intention! Just happening very frequently as can be seen in this Forum...
Again, I apologize...

55 means a number of things actually. It can mean modules are not inserted correctly, you have a bent pin in the socket, a warped board, a bed RAM stick, The CPU can make the frequency requested by bios but the DRAM needs tuning i.e timings changing or voltages tweaking.
m4x2012 it may well be a intel management system problem this which can be resolved with future bios updates. I would suggest you run with two sticks and wait for a response from support.

With the risk that I could be misunderstood again...
If each individual memory module passes Memtest86+ in each slot (I assume, you've tried this, otherwise you could not be sure that there is no channel problem), but they don't want to work together - that may be a memory kit issue...
Your kit is not on the ASUS QVL for that mobo... i know, Corsair is listing it as compatible though... Could you try an other memory kit?
Just mentioning that the Asus Maximus V Gene has a dual channel memory architecture...

I don't thing that dualx2 channel will create issue...

Well, you do have an issue with them... Two dual channel kits will not make a single quad channel kit!!!
A kit in general is meaning that the modules were matched... Even if you have two kits from the same manufacturer, with the same parameters - they still can be different quite different... When you buying them, you can see only the frequencies, voltage, and first tier timings... in order to have a matching kit, the second and third tier timing has to match too... - which in your case is clearly not happening...
Use only one kit or get a single bigger kit, don't mix two kits - that's the way to stay away from trouble...

But so why always from manual it saying that 4 DIMM configuration is supported?
