I am using 3/8 x 1/2 tubing and yeah I use the original barbs for ThermFusion

It's not too much restrictive though. Achieved 4.6Ghz OC on the i7 3770k, 2133 Mhz RAM speed and the two GPUs are overclocked (120% Power +150 Mhz Clock Speed +200 Mhz GDDR speed).
With these settings (25C Room temp):
Idle temps = 32 CPU; 33 MB; 30 GPUs
Load = 80 CPU; 55 MB; 67 GPUs
Fans are ramped to be as long as possible at low RPM. Allowed 80% Max Fan speeds and even in load scenarios the rig is silent as a grave (with no undeads :D)

Haven't really stuck around to wait. Been busy rebuilding my sim racing cockpit to accommodate the new Logitech G27 I bought cheap brand new from a friend. Should be done with that build by the weekend. 😄

That's beautiful, wish I had those numbers. I know those fans you have knocked off 4-6 degrees which if they looked nicer I would get but I am rocking 38 36 35 32. I think it is mainly because of two things, one being I still have carpet in the room (planning to change to wood) and it is in the corner of my desk/room. I literally have 3 fans going in my room because the ac for my room doesn't come through. We have looked and looked and cannot understand why only my room gets no ac. So I think those are making me run a litte warmer than normal. What I might do is get two of those Fans you have and place them in the drive bay because I only need the one burner and this way it can blow in more cool air but let me know what you think.

Ps not to confuse, the pc is not on the carpet it is on on the side on my open desk that shelves it.
