Hi !

Sorry i haven't any information about this, but, yesterday, i got some good information :

LDLC receive MVF Friday and the first will be send monday (mine will be send monday ^^) !!!

i asked "but it is not in stock" and she answer me : "yeah but we receive this morning and on my screen i can see all articles in your order is in stock so your order will be prepare and send monday"

🙂

yea thx for the spying =P ! so u probably are one of the first of us who recives his mainboard 😃 ! Let us know which version u got !

@the french friends who ordered like me at ldlc.com (Tyrus, Ced...).

when we ordered we ordered the thunder FX version of the mvf. It wasnt mentioned in the name of the artice, but in the describsion.
Now they devided it into two version(like it is everywhere else) and the ThunderFX version is "IN STOCK" !!! So we will get the normal version ?! did someone ask about that ? Do u have infos about that point ? IMAO its not a big tragedy if they give us the normal version 90€ cheaper :D:D, but how do u think about it ??!! 😃

I saw that yesterday evening .. Like you it's not a tragedy for me, and if you remember, when there was only one page on LDLC.com, there wasn't any part number in the description like " 90-MIBII0-G0EAY0VZ " which is the official ASUS P.Number of the NO ThunderFx's model.
Now if you see on the both page, the one for the ThunderFx have this P.Number "90-MIBII1-G0EAY0VZ" and the normal model still have "maximus v formula".
So we bought the Normal model it's clear, but the first page at 209€ wasn't really clear... sincerely I didn't think that we 'll have the ThunderFx model at this awesome price, but I secretely hoped until yesterday, now it's clear like water ^^.

I know these boards have only been out a little while and it's a pretty specific component combination but has any one tried a formula or an extreme with a H100 push/pull in a Cosmos II?

I think that I'll probably build mine on a Dimastech bench to start with and just use a Corsair H100 for the cpu and an Antec Khuler 620, modded to work on a GPU, for one of my 480s (picture below is of the bracket on a 470). I want to play around with some of the various memory products that I have, so just want to put it together as quick as possible.

The Extremes are dropping into Florida, so great. Congratulations. Waiting for Sam and Reefer to get theirs. Guess that's the Florida Four. Went ahead and ordered an Intel 520, for the new build, my old ssd is from 2009, slow in comparison to todays drives, so have a 120GB arriving Monday SandForce controller 500/500 SATA 3drive.

Purchased the 520 also  This is the setup I went with, 520 for my system/misc, GS for gaming/misc and 2666 Trident X 16gb. Had some extra money to give away to newegg

How do those two drives compare? If I get one more Corsair component, I’ll go “brand happy”, have much more faith in the Intel SSDs, even though the SandForce controller inside is the same.

You just want the all RED look. I love my Crucial M4s, got them on sale from Amazon for $160. I have a love/hate with Amazon's prices lol. One day you get a killer deal, the next it is drop dead awesome deal and you have to return your order just to get the new price........go figure.
