personaly i have to say i dont know that cooler, revive.
try and compare the price on that one and a H100 or you could get a noctua NH-D14 ( there are those who have the D14 on this forum and say its good ) ??

I thought i recall someone earlier on with a D14 saying that the cooler interfered with nearest RAM slot.

Screencard? hahaha, take a deep breath man, sit down, a nice long walk maybe, thats a lot of money. Screencard, never heard that term before is it European?:)

i guess its global, but some say GPU, some screencard, some some thing else.
if i get a friend o mine to buy the 560ti tops i have, i would buy one straight away 😛
im like that, buy first , regret laters 😛

You probably mean graphics card. Screen card would be the direct translation from the norwegian words, but it's not proper english. 🙂

Anyway. I have the 680, and I'm getting an EK waterblock for it. They have one that is a confirmed fit for both DCII OC and TOP.
Also getting the EK supremacy CPU cooler. I'm thinking Black Acetal and nice shiny Nickel on both of them.

I have this motherboard coming today and had a question . If I only use the 8 pin power connection will that be enough or do I also have to use the 4 pin power connection ?

Zka17 wrote:
The 8-pin must be connected, no doubt! Regarding the other 4-pin... it depends on wether you OC or not... if yes, it's better to plug it in...

As a general thing though, I like to plug all the power connectors regardless of usage... it won't draw more power anyway, but it makes the VRM more stable...

I talked to asus tech support when dealing with my DOA, and they said that you need at least the 4-pin 12V EPS plugged in for it to post, but of course if youre using any decent CPU to go with at least the 8-pin then both if you're going to be pushing the board. this is also illustrated in the manual on page 2-8. Does anyone even read the manuals anymore?

Yep, I'm reading the manual now, and I haven't even bought the board yet. I consider it a vital stage of my purchasing research. LOL.
