I OCed my GPU to 1100MHz, while keeping the temp below 70C EASY. I will admit, I had to use EVGA Precision X because I noticed a problem with the Asus GPU Tweak. The voltage wasn't working, sooooooo I tested EVGA's software and it worked FLAWLESS. I will say this, I prefer Asus products but will have to pick EVGA software. 😞 Sorry Asus, Still love you.

It was a long wait down here in Australia but just got my shipping notification for my M5E about half an hour ago. Should have it tomorrow morning (Wednesday here), now I just have to go pick up an AX1200 and a Cosmos II on my next day off on Friday and I can put this beast together.

Hi,

For the tie wrap you can suffer from leaking if you put too much stress on it, because the area of contact is small and you can damage the tubing. To understand, imagine you tightening a rope instead of a scarf around your neck 😛
You'd better use one of these http://ncix.com/products/index.php?minorcatid=1165&subminorcatid=225
Just love the koolance ones, no screws no cheap plastic and reusable ... just search for the right OD tubing specs 😉

Regarding the Raid0 do you have created the raid array before installing Windows ? Once you have configure RAID on bios you should have a screen to create the Raid array on reboot like this one

10763

Just hit CTRL+i and set your raid 0 array with your two disks. At reboot install Windows 7 from the CD or USB key and it should work. As far as I know Windows 7 has the raid drivers right in the install CD.

Edit : See these threads for Raid0 help or troubleshooting if you need to 😉

Having some serious crossfire issues with this board and my 2 x Asus 6970 DC II

As soon as crossfire is enabled all i see is a pink screen or flickering pink screen loading BF3.

After many hours of installing multiple versions of drivers and doing clean installs i figured to get it working with crossfire i have to switch from different modes on the video menu of BF3

This needs to be done about 3 to 5+ times until it sticks and fixes the picture.

Apart from that i also have a scaling issue each time i reboot i need to manually scale the monitor to full screen.

Any ideas its driving me crazy !!

PC build just for ref:

Intel 3770K running as stock at the moment
4 x 4GB 2133Mhz Corsair dominator platinum
2 x 256GB crucial M4 raid0
Corsair AX850 PSU

Have had some issues with flickering on BF3 and other games. After reading lots of stupid advices I have tested to disable Virtu MVP ... and it works 😛
So if you have Virtu MVP installed go to the icons tray and disable it ... works for me at least.
I am suspecting that the issue is due to the Virtual VSync option overriding the game options for some reasons. Next step of my testing (when I will have time to) will be to Enable Virtu MVP and disable the Virtual VSync option to see if it works too ...
So try it by yourself and tell us if it solves your graphic issues
