Maximus V Formula, which slot for PhysX card?

Hello. I'm purchasing a new video card and would like to use my current one as a PhysX card.

Does it matter if I put the old card in the second or third PCI-E slot for PhysX? Any differences? Thank you.

Nope no difference, you just use the nVid control panel to nominate the card as physX card.
