Proc: Intel i5 4670k
Mobo: Maximus IV Hero
RAM: G-Skill 1866 Mhz CL9 DD3
Graphics Card: MSI 7850 Power Edition
Boot Drive:

Issue:
I could only see vertical lines during POST before it goes to Windows (takes about 5 sec). Everything works fine when I'm inside Windows. I just want to see the BIOS and POST screen when I turn on the computer. I have already removed the MSI card and connected from iGPU, then I disabled Secure Boot and Enabled CSM. But I still get the same issue after reconnecting the video card.

Is there a setting I'm missing?

PS: MSI can provide me a vBIOS update to make my video card UEFI compatible but I could not flash it since I could not see anything outside the OS with the card connected.

I would check the cables that you are using, and the screen. If possible change out to a different type of VGA cable and please do use a PC screen as some TV monitors are not happy with the default resolution of the BIOS.
