Yesterday I bought that awesome board with the i7-3770k ivy bridge and 16 gigs of corsair ram 1600mhz (4x4)
and I have 400 watt psu (buying a new 800 watt soon) and the Gtx 470 (corsair H100 cooling)

when I started the board for the first time it only have the psu gtx470 core and ram pluged in (normal right?)

and an error code appeared on the debugging led's. It was F2 I restarded a few times and then it showed 2E

I left it runing on 2E for half an hour (config so I thought it takes time)

The board was frozen so I restarted And then F2 appeard again...

Cleard Cmos,Reseted the board(took the battery out for 15 sec) and reseted overclock (even that I didn't do any)

and now every time I boot its stuck on F2 and I gave It like 6-7 hours to be on F2
"Recovery Progress Codes F2 - Recovery process started"

its a progress So I gave it time... alot of time.....

can someome help me please?

I would not do BIOS updates until I'm not sure that everything else is fine... I mean, if you have a seeing issue somewhere, it's likely will have problems with with the BIOS update too...

Well I got to the Bios and It wont start. It says that The file is corrupted error "AE"

Now I cant see the bios and it says to recover bios settings... How do I do that?

Double check all the power cables, if they're connected correctly! If yes, then...

Well, I do think that you will have to get some thermal paste and take of the cooler from the CPU... you do need to reseat your CPU and check the socket pins during that procedure...

D7 - no console input devices are found... well, not sure what's going on there...

If I would be you, I would take it completely apart, then try reseating every component, attaching every power cable - also doing the CPU reseat as I said before...

Fortunately, your mobo games with dual BIOS - on the right-down corner own the board, you can find the BIOS switch... hopefully that is still OK...

Did you follow Raja's guide with the BIOS flashing? http://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?13928-P67-Z68-32**-Ivy-Bridge-BIOS-Update-procedure&country...

Please do the following.

Clear CMOS
Remove all your attached hardware from your system.
All that should be left is your CPU and the cooler, nothing else.
Now install the following.
All you want is a VGA, keyboard and mouse.
One stick of ram in the furtherest slot from the CPU
Nothing else.

After you have cleared CMOS again power up and select F1 when asked.

Please post back when you get to that point.
To help us help you - please provide as much information about your system and the problem as possible.

I got to the bios and there's no HDD or optical drive connected or 16 gigx of ram now there's only 4

So now what?
