Nah sleep mode will not hurt your drive. gen 1 ssd controllers had issues with hibernate and it just spread from there.

what version of windows?
do you have the hybrid sleep mode turned on? if so turn it off
how old is your power supply and if its more than 1yr have you had it tested?

If you have VRM spread spectrum enabled in the BIOS, disable it.

Ok i checked everything you said.First VRM was already DISABLED in Bios. But hybrid sleep was on in control panel, power option and i turn off.Now i will test pc to see what will happen, and i will tell you if we succeed.
