Hi Rog's
I have my air cooler evo 212 on a push/pull config with corsair fans connected to the cpu fan and the cpu opt fan which mirror images cpu fan. full setting for fans is loud, but they run well but I like to set them in the manual fan setting. When set at any rpm below full they throttle up and down which is doing my head in. Any ideas or fixes for this.

You can set delays for throttle up and throttle down using the fan expert tool. Increase throttle down timer on exhaust fans first. That way you let the system vent hot air from the system a while after CPU temps go down. Play around with the settings.

I know the AI suite is a clumsy set of software, but it has some good functions. You can for instance have fan profiles. Have one for quiet operation with low base RPMs, and one for performance with higher base RPMS for more predicable noise generation.

Thank you Norcus
I only have two fans connected to the cpu and opt cpu as my case is Nzxt 410 with case fan controls on the top of it controlling another 6 corsair 120's & a corsair 140. So I am really looking for a procedure to control the two cpu fans, would the fan expert tool just let me deal with the two cpu fans ?

Yes. Anything that is connected to the motherboard. It works best with PWM fans, but you can use DC controlled RPM as well. Just remember to set the correct control type in BIOS.

On my M7G the CPU_Opt is just a slave of CPU_FAN so you probably only have to configure a single fan (CPU).
