hello

i hope anybody can help me.
Maximus VII Hero , I7-4790K , new 2x 8 GB DDR3 Corsair 2133 Mhz CMD Dominator, BIOS V. 2201, SSD 850 Pro. CPU-cooler
Thermalright Macho Rev.A (BW), Windows 7 64bit. No OC of CPU .runs at 4Ghz normal and 4,4Ghz turbo

During 3DMark Test suddenly the pc shut down and restart. I searched for a crash-file (.dmp), but i can't find one.

Now the pc runs without any problems as nothing happens. I don't understand why.

please help. 😞

Hello lLordofPressure

I will question running three gtx 770's on a 750w power supply. Try with just one gtx 770 to see if you still get the shutdowns.

Hello Natel52, thxs
I have never had two or three grafic-cards, its too expensive for me to buy 2 or 3 peaces of GTX 770. when you look at my saved specification on my
profile you can see only one GTX 770 card i have. I need only one.

Now ,i have solved the issue : i7-4790K + Asus Maximus VII hero + only 1x GTX 770 ---> changed my PSU from 750 Watt to 1000 Watt (enermax).
The problem is gone ! i don't know why and i can't understand that a PSU with 750 watt is not enough for a normal clocked CPU at 4 Ghz in
default-mode. But i am happy that the 3DMark test ends completely now without shut-down. 😉

thank you guys for the help.

I misunderstood your specs: GPU Gigabyte windforce 3x GeForce GTX 770, I took that as three gtx 770's.

Sorry about that but anyway good to hear a new psu solved your problem. 🙂

Natel52,
no problem 🙂
my saved specs in profile is a little bit confusing in the "graphic card" line. I have changed it now , that in future is no cluttering for the other users.
windforce 3x is/was the name of the card.
