MAaximus VI xtreme and i7 4770k run at 800 Mhz

All of the time it is at 800 Mhz The multipliers are not activated and do not know how please help.

If you want to overclock your cpu, you will have to get a better cpu cooler. The intel cooler is for stock settings only. Are you getting freezes or BSOD when it boosts to 3.9 GHz?

No, not past me to freeze when it reaches 3.9 GHz, I can make it run at 3.9GHz forever?
Or at least a 3.5 GHz? in a stable manner, so that at all times my processor runs at 3.5 Ghz, or leave it be better?

Well i had M6F not the extreme, I agree tht you need a coler. Take a look at pccomponentes, they had raijintek themis and ereboss for 24 and 35€ and perfoms in pair with cm212evo and noctua u12.

Also take a look at the cable managment.

Yes you can have it stay at 3.9 GHz. If you want it to run constantly at 3.9GHz set the windows power plan to high performance.
