OK, open up the oc panel and inside of it are two switches slow mode and pause. Turn slow mode off and that should fix you up.

Oh.! man helped me a lot, it was what you said, but not that slow mode switch is in pause or what, change both to off mode, is that bad?

Have you tried just opning a demanding aplication.

As you can see your multiplier is from 8 to 39. (8 - 39)

If you are on desktop, you will probably ton 8x100.

While you demand more power from the cpu it will get up upto 39x100 (3900mhz)

No it's not a bad thing to have those turned off. Is your cpu ramping up now?

Yes, now increases CPU performance, if I open more programs.
Now I think it works as it should, thank you very much for helping a friend, for a moment I thought my processor was unfortunate, I have seen other forums where a lot of people feel the same, I'll go there and tell them the solution you gave me 😄 many thanks.

Now you could help me to remain stable at 3.9 GHz?
Do not know if overclock, because I do not know how to do that, plus my cooling on PC is by fans like in the picture below 34754
