Loss of Mouse Control on the Rampage 4 Extreme

Hey,

Here is my scoop, I am using a Rampage 4 extreme that just failed on me today. Luckly I had another one of these motherboards stored away in a safe place because bad things seem to happen to me on a regular basis. I swapped out the old motherboard for the new one, and my USB ports are just haywire on it. This is the 3rd motherboard that I have gone through from the R4E series that had screwed up USB ports. I cannot get any of the USB mice I have working, even in the bios, I got one working when I plugged it into my USB3 ports. When I get into windows (which is still windows 7) it just goes haywire. Kicks out all my mouse support then I am back to having no mouse. Windows doesn't seem to recognize a basic USB mouse anymore, and there is nothing I can do to stop it.
