Judt bought a Rampage III Extreme, need a little help guys

Hi guys, first sorry for my english, i`m from Brazil

So i just bought today a Rampage III Extereme, i had a Rampage II Extreme but the mobo died, this one have bluetooth but something is strange for me, when the bluetooth light (blue with the BT symbol) at motherboard's back (I mean the panel that we have the lan port, etc..) is on my the bluetooth at windows is set off if the bluetooth light is off (button at back pannel) the bluetooth at windows gets on, is it normal? I`m using the latest bios

Other think, with rampage II i was stable at 4.0 with an noctua NHU12P SE with 1,36 vcore, do you think i can reach my over vith less vcore or it`s exactly like the Rampage II? There are some differents options in bios, some of then i don`t know how to use, you suggest to set loadline calibration to full? This was a old doubt that i have even with Rampage II

I always have to turn on my bluetooth also after windows loads. I use the icon on the taskbar to cut mine on and off though. Here is a good guide for you to read to help you overclock. As each cpu, board and other hardware changes how it will overclock.

My over is stable, just in doubt about the bluetooth switcher in he back pannel, anyone?
