I’m reaching out for assistance and advice regarding an ongoing issue with my ASUS TUF Gaming X570 WiFi Plus motherboard and ROG Strix LC RX 6800 XT GPU. I’ve faced persistent problems despite multiple replacements and repairs.
Details:
• Motherboard Model: ASUS TUF Gaming X570 WiFi Plus
• GPU Model: ASUS ROG Strix LC RX 6800 XT
• Issue Duration: Over 40 days
• Replacements: 3 GPU replacements and 1 motherboard replacement
• Problems: Persistent BIOS errors, missing M.2 heatsink plate, and unresolved GPU-related issues.
Current Situation:
Despite the multiple replacements, the problems remain unresolved, leading to significant downtime and a financial loss of approximately ₹2,10,000. My requests for alternative model replacements have been ignored, and I am now seeking a final resolution.
Requested Action:
I am requesting an alternative model for both the motherboard and GPU due to the ongoing issues:
• GPU Options: ASUS TUF Gaming RX 6950 XT, RX 7900 XT, RTX 4070 Ti, or RTX 3080.
• Motherboard Option: ASUS ROG Strix X570 series motherboard.
I would appreciate any guidance or escalation from the community or ASUS representatives. Your assistance in resolving this issue promptly would be highly valued.
