I keep seeing thread's about AI Suite 3, yet when I go to Austek's site for my Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 mobo. no AI Suite 3 is listed in the downloads section. Is it available ? If so, where do I get it at ? I'm about sick of AI Suite 2 as EZ Update alway's spit's out various .dll error's in Windows 8 Pro w/Windows Media Center x64.

Each motherboard has its own exclusive version of AI Suite. So installing AI Suite that was designed for another motherboard on yours do not guarantee that all the functions will work. And if you do so, you are doing it under your own risk.

OP if I can make a suggestions please. Do not use EZupdate ever please. 🙂

If you need to have the latest drivers or BIOS for your system just go visit the support page yourself every month or so.

Depending on your motherboard there might be a AIsuite III - but pretty sure it is for the newer boards at this time, due to some of the features being hardware specific in nature.

No. Some of the features on the newer motherboards are not compatible with the previous ones.

My mobo is a Sabertooth 990FX R2.0, not a x79 mobo.

Yeah I guess it is an old motherboard as the first X79 Sabertooth came out nearly two years ago.
