Intel Raid on X79 (R4E) - easy question

Is the Intel RAID 10 , a RAID 0+1 (as the bios screen lists) or a RAID 1+0 (as I have seen other people call it) ? Not that there is a huge difference except the way it is nested.
Anyone know for sure?

RAID 0 +1 and RAID 1 +0 difference is that,
RAID 0 +1 is the first decentralized access then to do disk mirroring.
RAID 1 +0 is a first for disk mirroring then dispersed to access.

I understand that. I was asking is Intel x 79 chipset RAID 10 - a raid 0+1 or raid 1+0? ( I have seen it been used both ways , just wondering which is it.)

RAID 10 is a striped array of RAID 1 segments. In other words, a RAID 0 of two or more RAID 1 arrays.

Scroll down to the Intel RAID 10 definition:

So that is a Raid 0+1, not a RAID 10

RAID 10 is a generic (slang) term used for both 0+1 and 1+0.
I used to have a RAID 10 on X58, and it was definately 0+1.
Given they use similar RAID implementation, I would assume 0+1. But not positive.

Overclocking is useless to me if it is not rock stable.
