Just wanted to pass this info along.

Intel updated their drivers to 17.3 for the 82579v.

Yeah, I noticed that. the same link I posted there is a 17.4 CD zip in there but for each OS its posted at 17.3......go figure intel.

17.4 Driver version is the same as 17.3 for 82579V, and it will still disconnect from time to time...
back to my old trust 1000pt dual...

Yes the driver installed is still 12.2.45 😕

Yes! even update new Gigabit Firmware from ME 8.1.10.1286 suite the driver version is the same.:o
