Welcome to the ROG forums, heirhogan.

If the motherboard isn't doing what you paid for, bring it back to the shop and exchange for another motherboard from a different brand that does what you want.

why to get another one this problem is widespread then im left without a pc for 2 weeks and i bought it
from england taking the pc apart hours of work and then back together why dont asus people take their
finger out and make a bios after the price we all paid for this board it was way overpriced but of course
we all fell for the hype and were told to hold out and not get those EVGA X-79 dark boards '' with all those
problems'' that EVGA are known for.

any min now im waiting for it to go you can even enjoy what your looking at or get comfortable then bang it go,s at first i taught it was the hard drive then when the hard drive was totally unpowered and out then i knew it wasnt then asus tries to say oh its only the 3930k our great board is made for ivy 4930k well i havethe 4930k same ****and im not even gonna try the psu because its corsair fullstop the brand says it all a brand we can all trust yet we pay 435 euro for your heap of **** that wont work.

im going to wait a month to see if you make a bios and fix the problem if not ill just sell it and cut my
losses look out for a great gigabyte board no problems never really liked the colour but now i know all
that really matters is if it works not the fancy looks and hype or colour like this one.

LOL!

Please return it so a competent user can purchase and give the board a happy home.

Nonstop restarts here too....randomly. Not my first build. Asking for help and nobody seems to know what setting is wrong. My problem documented here.

(EVGA site: ) And I have a second (wife's) computer, Eve.

Overclocking is useless to me if it is not rock stable.

Jeez guys so much hate, the board will only get better with bios update so just be patient:D
I actually i really like this board so much better than the Gigabyte X79UD7 i had for two years before the black and that board had its issues to on release took about 5 bios updates for that board to be good, so just hang in there...
