I have no idea what to do form here (Boot problems)

o_o ok so i've had my computer for about 4 months now without problem. My HDD set up at the time was a 120GB SSD for my OS and 2 HHD (650GB each)... everything was fine...until this morning, it was working fine the night before, but now, when i turn it on, it goes through the BIOS splash screens then goes to a black screen and says

Bootmgr missing
ctr+alt+del to restart

...with my little knowledge of bootmgr, i google the issue, i tried troubleshooting it....then got to the point where i had to wipe my OS and reinstall.... a process i didn't particularly want to go through... but i did anyways,

Taking into consideration all my files are backed up onto my external, i decided to take advantage of this situation to do a total wipe and redoing the raid on my HHDs

So i opened her up, unplugged all my SATA drives, including my optical...
i got my RAID 0 going, minor problems getting the drivers to work so windows 7 would recongnize the drives... i installed windows on my SSd (which was not part of the RAID)

and once in windows 7, i realized my RAID wasnt showing up as a drive to save stuff too....
i i wiped my W7 yet again, and put it on the RAID drive... now my computer goes through the bios splash... then goes to start windows, blue screens for a fraction of a second, then retries... until i turn it off...

my specs (if its any help)
AMD FX-6200 Zambezi 3.8GHz
ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z AM3+
CORSAIR HX Series HX850 850W
G.Skill Sniper DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
COOLER MASTER HAF 932 Advanced
GeForce GTX 680
Crucial M4 SSD 128GB
WesternDigital 650Gb (2x)

if anything was unclear...let me know, ill try and re explain 🙂

Have you recently updated the BIOS?

I would suggest using a fat formatted USB stick to flash your BIOS, please only use the EZflash2 utility from the BIOS menu.

Once you are done I would think your system would be back to normal.
To help us help you - please provide as much information about your system and the problem as possible.
