Is the FPS drop only in the beginning of the game? If it is, it sounds like something may throttling the performance. You may have CPU or GPU throttled down to conserve power when not under load. It then picks up when it sees the load increase.

yes for the performance plan!! thanks for suggesting testing the video card and cpu temp, but now with my kraken g10, gpu goes max to 62degres and 64 degree for cpu..... even then, still a fps drop -_-
This sounds like a video card issue since it's affecting all your games,...check PCIe is set to 3.0X16 and in first slot.
