HT link speed overclocking

i have phenom ii x 6 1055t @ 3.9 ghz. i overclocked cpu / np frequency at 2559 mhz the problem when i also overclock ht link speed to the same speed of cpu nb frequency and press f10 to save and reboot it says overclocking is failed but sometimes it works and speed of cpu np and ht link are the same. i have updated bios to the last one. so what is the problem ???:(

There's no performance benefit in overclocking the HT Link speed.
As a matter of fact, if OC'ed too high, it can cause major instability problems.
Best to keep it in the 2000-2200 MHz range.

I have a question NemesisChild. I to have a 1100T and cannot get it any where close to 4.2 oc. Could you please point me in the right direction. I have bios 804.
