How to setup Hero VII SLI

ASUS PB278Q Monitor
Corsair 760T, H105, AX860, 16gb Vengeance
Samsung 840 256gb, Intel Black 2tb

The system is running with no issues on one of the 770's

I've never setup SLI and the manual says nothing about it and Google has let me down.

Probably sets itself up but I cannot verify that and I'd rather know than guess.

My grandson is the gamer, I just build them.

Thanks,
Lee

Put the second card in the PCIe slot.

Fit the SLI bridge

Fit the PSU connectors.

Power up to OS

If the second card is not picked up by the nVid control panel reinstall the driver and it will be picked up on reboot.

Following directions above, the install went smoothly, new 770 recognized right off. Changed from Disable SLI to Maximize 3D performance and Selected CPU for PhysX settings in Nvidia Control Panel.

Didn't do anything in the BIOS

I'm working on benchmarks to determine how well it is working.

Photos:
1. Asus PB278Q and Corsair 760T
2. Inside the case
3. Closer
4. 2 - 770's - Not as pretty as two ROG GTX-760's
5. Case with side cover on - nice case
6. Wasn't supposed to upload but its there. Razor Blackwidow keyboard.

Hello GpaLee

You should set PhysX in Nvidia control panel to auto which should put the PhysX on gpu 2.

Could you just select GPU2? or is Auto the best choice? Set to Auto now.

Thanks, for the tip

HiVisMan, thanks.

This is the first dedicated gaming system I've built. It was a smooth build except Initially I had 16gb Dominator Plat (2x8) 2400. Thought I was having a memory issue but turned out to be a damaged cpu socket. In the interim I had swapped the Dom for 16gb Vengeance 1600 from recommended list in the manual. XMP profile 1. Working without issue so I didn't bother going back.

Tks,
Lee
