How to properly connect the cooler and the cooling pump on the processor to the motherboard

My motherboard -TUF GAMING X670E-PLUS

I need to connect the cooler and the pump to the motherboard. I think the cooler is correct - CPU FAN. And the pump is AIO PUMP. Is CPU OPT an auxiliary connector?
