Help with thunderbolt lan card setup

Im trying to get the audio portion of the thunderbolt card to work. The lan portion of the audio card works.I tried to use the setup wizard for it but It keeps giving me this error message please make sure the usb, aafp, and 4 pin molex connector are connected properly before using the setup wizard.

Silly question considering the error message but, have you actually connected the 4 pin molex to the card?

Yes I have the 4 pin molex connector plugged in ive tried the usb in both of the slots and the aafp cable in both slots. I don't have two usb cables from my case though for both the usb on the board and the usb on the thunderbolt card
