Hey guys first post in the Rog Forum, first of all here is my build,

Full Tower Nzxt Switch 810,
MB = Asus Rampage Formula iv
CPU = Intel i7 3820 with Raystorm waterblock
SSD = Intel 120 gig 520 series
GPU = Evga GTX 680 with heatkiller water block
PSU = Corsair AX 850,

Havent had this baby going yet as on first start up i couldnt get a post and the red cpu led fault light was showing so i tried resetting my cpu when i found 3 pins were bent in the cpu socket, I dont know how this happened as i was cautious when i installed the cpu, anyhow i am getting it repaired at a Asus repair facility at my cost(217 Nz dollars) I should get it back next week, Anyway my question is i need to choose some ram and would appreciate some help with the best choice between the two links, thanks for any thoughts.

I will choose

But most of the time you need quite a tweak to run high speed ram. Do take note.
Change is the law of life. And those who look only to the past or present are certain to miss the future.

Either of those two kits would do you proud.
To help us help you - please provide as much information about your system and the problem as possible.

I would choose the second option as its slightly higher performance and great to tune too.

I have that kit and it works great in my 24/7 system rock stable since November. It overclocks well too for benching at improved latency's and frequency's.

I also run the second kit with great success. Every system is different, but I think your odds are good with either kit.
