[Help] Sleep problem when overclocking (can't wake up ErrorCode:E3)

When I overclock my CPU (i7 3820) to 4.7... i can login and test to make sure it stable... however when I tell the computer to sleep... when i turn it back on, I just got a black screen... the error code is E3 on the motherboard, can't do anything. I can't even turn it off or restart (I can only hard shut down). After I hard shut down and turn it back on, I got a error code of 40, still black screen and stuff.... I have to restart again, and when I log back in, it say Overclock fail, press f1 to enter setup...

If I reset the setting to default, everything work, sleep/wake working... Also if I use the CPU level up option to OC my CPU to 4.2 the sleep/wake still working fine. I try everything, I also try to change the CE1 to enable but no luck... I really need help, this is very frustrate.

Thanks

And the model number of the ram.

Could you please follow the link in my sig (memtest86+) - not waking from sleep is most often a ram issue. It could be you have a slot or a single stick playing up.

Sorry did not understand that part. Your system wakes when not Overclocked?

Yes, if i didn't Overclock, the system work fine, everything work... sleep/wake working fine... Even if I only Overclock to 4.3, it still working fine... but when I overclock high like ~4.7 the system doesn't wake up when sleep. So I think something wrong with my setting but I don't know what.

Yes your OC is not one hundred percent stable. Run memtest86+ when your system is OC to 4.7 and see if it passes then.
